Not happy with your purchase? We want you to love your products and we understand how important it is to be 100% satisfied with your tools when it comes to your craft. Please let us know at customercare@lashmakers.com if you wish to return or replace your item(s) and we will take it back within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Return Instructions

  1. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your order being delivered.
  2. Please email us at customercare@lashmakers.com to notify us of your return and our customer care team will provide you with the return mailing address.
  3. Please specify your order number in the email subject line – this can be found on your order confirmation email receipt.
  4. In the unlikely event your product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra charge.
  5. Please note that prepaid return labels are only available for returns made in the US.
  6.  Damages related to shipping must be reported immediately. Please send an email containing pictures of the damages at customercare@lashmakers.com.

Private and Group Class Policies

Please note all class payments are non-refundable.

To reschedule a private class reserved date, request must be submitted within 10 business days of the scheduled class date.

14 business days will apply on all Group courses respectively.
